All School Ski Trip

VERY IMPORTANT INFORMATION
1. Students in grades 1-4 must be accompanied on the Ski Hill with a parent.
2. No late registrations will be accepted. The Ski Hill requires all information 2 weeks before our trip.
3. All school fees and ski fees must be paid before the DEADLINE - Monday, March 11, 2025.
4. If you wish to be a Chaperone for your student and others, there will be a significant lift ticket price reduction. (Chaperone Lift Ticket $59.00) Being a "Chaperone" requires you to stay with a group of students assigned to you for the whole day.
5. If the trip must be cancelled, you will be notified by the school and we will attempt to make alternative arrangements if possible. The ski trip may be rescheduled if the snow conditions are not good. This will be done approximately 2 weeks before the trip and notification will be done through email.
COST BREAKDOWN:
SKI/SNOWBOARD HELMETS ARE MANDATORY FOR ALL PARTICIPANTS. NO BIKE OR HOCKEY HELMETS ALLOWED.

DEPARTURE TIME:
RAYMOND CAMPUS- MUST ARRIVE NO LATER THAN 6:15 AM, Bus Departure 6:30 AM SHARP
CARDSTON CAMPUS- MUST ARRIVE NO LATER THAN 6:45 AM, Bus Departure 7:00 AM SHARP
APPROX RETURN TIME:
Bus Returns Raymond Campus- 6:00 PM
Bus Returns Cardston Campus- 5:30 PM
Itinerary:
8:30am Arrive at Castle Mountain, receive instructions and pick up equipment
9:10-9:30am Students will meet instructors by the trail map (located just outside Snow School)
9:30 -11:30am Lessons with a Castle Mountain employees
12:00pm Meet in the Lodge for lunch
12:30 - 3:30pm ski/snowboard
3:30pm Meet at the lodge to return equipment and pack up
4:00pm Bus will depart the lodge to travel home
5:30pm Expected arrival time at WAS Cardston Campus
6:00pm Expected arrival time at WAS Raymond Campus

A staff volunteer will be available in the ski lodge during the school day as a school representative/emergency contact.
